Exploring Esail: A PC-Based Sailing Simulator

Mobile apps for sailing can be entertaining, but sometimes they feel a bit limited in what they offer. That's why I've decided to explore something more comprehensive: a sailing simulator for the PC. Right now, I'm testing Esail, a simulator available on Steam for about 30 dollar.

After going through half of the beginner's guide, I'm already impressed with the level of detail in Esail. The simulator offers an in-depth dive into the world of sailing, allowing me to develop my skills in ways that mobile apps simply can't. I'm looking forward to continuing my exploration of Esail and evaluating its features more thoroughly in the future.

For someone like me, who plans to sail in real life, any extra training is valuable. Esail seems to be an excellent tool for preparing for real sailing adventures. I'm also going to start looking into courses, such as the skipper's license, to further deepen my knowledge and abilities in sailing.
